Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States. Here is what to expect when you place an order with WabiSabi Works.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days. During busy periods or holidays, this may take a little longer. We will keep you informed
Shipping Methods & Delivery TImes
We ship via USPS or a comparable carrier. Estimated dlivery times once dispatched:
Standard shipping 5-10 business days
Expedited shipping: 2-3 days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues or circumstances beyond our control are outside our responsibility.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. We strive to keep these as reasonable as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation with the carrier.

Return Policy
We do our best to display our products accurately. Because most items are handmade and vintage, there might be slight variations in color, texture and minor stains. These are not considered defects. Product photos are for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly reflect the item you receive. We do our best to point out any stain or irregularity with each item in the description.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted, within 14 days of receiving your order, for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 days business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items and customized/personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contactu us witin 7 days of delivery with a descrition and photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
