Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the WabiSabi Works website or placing an order. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

WabiSabi Works is a small business, based in the United States, that sells physical handmade items. References to "we", "us," or "our" mean WabiSabi Works.  

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are useng the site under supervision of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Products

We do our best to display our products accurately. Because most items are handmade and vintage, there might be slight variations in color, texture and minor stains. These are not considered defects. Product photos are for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly reflect the item you receive. We do our best to point out any stain or irregularity with each item in the description.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through the methods displayed at checkout and do not store your full payment card details. 

Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or description. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please, contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

We ship within the United States. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs. Risk of loss and title for items pass on to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Please, ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted, within 14 days of receiving your order, for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable. 

  • To initiate a return, email us at info@wabisabiworks.co

  • Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 days business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Sale items and customized/personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage/issue. We will make it right at no additional cost to you.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and product photographs - is owned by or licensed to WabiSabi Works and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our written permission. 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, WabiSabi Works makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the website or products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WabiSabi Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.  

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which WabiSabi Works is registered, without regard to conflict or law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that state.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
